On Tuesday night, Kentucky was the first state the networks turned a deep shade of red. But for the first time since 1960, and only the second time in the last 22 elections, Kentucky's electoral votes did not go to the next president of the United States.

Eastern Kentucky turned Cape Girardeau into Cape Fear for all OVC foes this past weekend.
Saturday morning the women's and men's cross country teams competed in the OVC Championships. The women won first place around half past nine, and about an hour later the men took first place also.…

Colonel 1 Cards convenient for some, a nuisance for others
When the old student IDs were replaced with Colonel One cards last April, school administrators hoped to give students convenience and quicker access to their refunds. But some students weren't quick to jump on the convenience bandwagon.

Addition of sidewalk creates a safer walkway in busy area of campus
Eastern students now have a safe place to walk between Keene Johnson and the Crabbe Library. The addition of a sidewalk between these two buildings will make walking on campus easier and safer for students.

Molly Dattilo Case Upgraded to Homicide Investigation Eastern student Molly Dattilo, of Madison, Indiana, was reported missing on the evening of Tuesday, July 6, 2004 while living with her brother in Indianapolis. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department of Missing Persons Unit has been investigating Dattilo's disappearance, but the case was recently reassigned to the IMPD Homicide Unit due to additional information provided by the last man to have seen her.…
