Best Chinese Food: Tsing Tao

If you're looking to find the best Chinese place in Richmond you don't need to go farther than downtown. Downtown Richmond is home to Tsing Tao, the winner of the Best of Richmond competition for best Chinese restaurant.
Ken Wong, owner of Tsing Tao, said part of its success is because "we cook our food way good and we have good service."
"The people are nice, the service is good, and the food is always hot," said Erin Ray, a junior special education major from Louisville. Ray said one of the great things about Tsing Tao is that they deliver.
"Any place that will deliver is a plus for college students because no one wants to move their car," Ray said.
Ray also said she likes Tsing Tao because she has never had a bad experience there.
"The important thing is that our food is really good," Wong said.
