Oct. 24
- Arturo Fajardo of Wisconsin was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol after failing several sobriety tests. Fajardo made a left turn from the Eastern by-pass onto Lancaster Ave., turning into oncoming traffic, crossing the center line twice and almost striking a sidewalk. Fajardo was sent to the Madison County Detention Center.

- A female student reported her yellow tote bag and its contents had been stolen from the women's locker room while she was in swimming class. The tote bag, with the words "Looking Good For Jesus" on it, included assorted clothes, a Vera-Bradley make-up bag, hair-styling products and jewelry.
Oct. 27
- Police are looking for a white male and a white female suspected of stealing two textbooks from the Barnes and Noble Bookstore on campus. The male is described as 6 ft. 4 in. tall, slim build, with sandy brown hair and glasses. The female is described as being in her mid-30s, 5 ft. 4 in., with a slim build and long black hair. The two were last seen leaving the Bookstore and turning toward Case Hall. The value of the two books was $317.35.
- Police were dispatched to Telford Hall after a male resident reported that someone took an Apple 13" white MacBook, an Apple 5th Generation 30 gig black iPod and a black leather iPod case from his room. The stolen items were valued at $1,205.
Oct. 28
- A female student reported that her computer and computer bag were taken from a table on the fourth floor of the Crabbe Library while she was away. The student left the computer and bag unattended for a few minutes at 11:40 a.m. and found them gone when she returned six minutes later. The items were valued at $2,100.
