Oct. 30
- An officer was dispatched to Keene Hall after a report of a criminal mischief complaint. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to a facilities services employee who said a bathroom garbage can was thrown from the 16th floor, landing on the second floor overhang. The amount of damages was $100.
Nov. 1
- Police responded to a theft at Commonwealth Hall after a female student claimed her wallet and keys were thrown into the hallway by another female student after leaving the room. It was reported that a male student, then picked up her items and threw them into the stairwell. The property was not found and was valued at $95.
- A male student claims he was assaulted by two white males in a blue Chevy truck in front of Keene Hall. He said he was about to walk into the residence hall when the two males began to talk to him. They then started to argue, and the truck's passenger struck him in the nose.
- Joseph Jesukaitis, of Louisville, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol after an officer observed the vehicle Jesukaitis was driving, back up at a red light and make a U-turn on Lancaster Ave. Jesukaitis failed several sobriety tests and was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

- An officer responded to Telford Hall after an Aramark employee reported that 30 pizzas had been stolen from a freezer at the Telford Hall C-Store. The pizzas were valued at $137.70.
Nov. 5
- An officer was dispatched to Martin Hall after reports that red, blood like, paint had been slung on several doors on the fourth floor. Custodial workers attempted to clean the doors, but some may need to be repainted. The total amount of damages was $499.
Nov. 6
- Police received a call from a female who reported she was being chased by her boyfriend in an unknown parking lot. The female subject didn't know which lot she was in because she is not a student at Eastern. Upon further investigation, the male subject said the couple got into an argument after he found several messages from an unknown male on his girlfriend's cell phone while attempting to set the phone's alarm.
